B2B Sales Terms & Terms for use of Samples
Payment Terms
A 50% downpayment is required upon placing an order.
Goods will be dispatched only after the downpayment has been received and cleared in Hommi Ltd.'s designated account.
The remaining 50% is due upon the client’s reorder or no later than 90 days from the delivery date.
Delivery and Risk
The goods will be insured by the transporter’s insurance during transit.
Upon receipt of the goods, the client is required to inspect and confirm the condition of the goods. Any discrepancies or damage must be reported immediately.
Once the client receives and inspects the goods, they assume full responsibility for the goods.
Return of Goods
If the client is unable to sell the goods within 90 days of delivery, they may return any unsold, intact, and unopened goods to Hommi Ltd. for a full refund.
The client is responsible for covering return shipping costs and assumes responsibility for the goods until Hommi Ltd. confirms receipt and signs off on the return.
Insurance and Liability
Goods are insured during transit by the transporter's insurance. After receipt and inspection by the client, responsibility for the goods passes to the client.
Refund Conditions
Full refunds will only be issued for returned goods that are in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
Hommi Ltd. will inspect the returned goods upon receipt, and any refund will be processed after confirmation of the goods' condition.

Sample Usage
The samples provided by Hommi Ltd. are for display purposes only and are not for resale.
Ownership
All samples remain the property of Hommi Ltd. at all times.
Return of Samples
Hommi Ltd. reserves the right to request the return of samples at any time. Upon request, the client is required to return the samples in their original, undamaged condition.
The client is responsible for the cost of shipping the samples back to Hommi Ltd.
Liability for Damaged or Unreturned Samples
If the samples are not returned or are returned in a damaged condition, the client will be liable to pay a fee of €350 for each unreturned or damaged sample.
Inspection of Returned Samples
Upon receipt of the returned samples, Hommi Ltd. will inspect them to assess their condition. The client will be informed of any damages or discrepancies.
